O'Connell is waiting for you at Community Animal Welfare Society in SLC, UT 84103. Meet O'Connell, this handsome guy has endured a terrible tail injury and he still remains the sweetest, most loving guy around. He was purposely abandoned by his former owner because of the tail injury & left to survive on his own. Through concerned people who saw him and his injury, he came to CAWS and luckily got the medical attention and surgery he needed. His tail was amputated due to the severity of the injury but he's happily recovered. He walks, jumps, and uses the litter box as normal. He LOVES people, wants to be near you and loves pets and cuddles. He loves being your office assistant, although may prefer to sleep on your desk and keyboard more than work. He deals with the dog in his foster home but prefers to just co-exist and share space, not really interact. Other cats? Well, he likes to be the boss and is definitely dominant. He would prefer to be your only feline companion. Kids are great if they are older and can be gentle with his tail area. He sleeps curled up with the teenager in his foster home.
