Dr. "Susie" Seuss is waiting for you at Texarkana Animal League in Texarkana, TX 75503. Dr. Seuss was born without sight. We believe that she can see light and dark but nothing more. She is very sweet and needs a special home! All of our adoptable animals are up to date on routine vaccinations, microchipped and spayed or neutered.
