Some cats even live into their thirties, although this is far less common. So don't let that discourage you from adopting an adult cat! Rescue mama has had 3 live into their 20's. One was 8 weeks old. JINX and her siblings (ODIE and GARFIELD) were part of a TNR project in El Monte, California. They TNRed all the adults and reached out to us to help with the kittens. So we named them after the GARFIELD movie.
