The wonderful thing about Lucille is that once she trusts you, she absolutely adores affection. Every time I walk into the room, she greets me with enthusiastic face rubs and happily leans into scratches. We've even had some epic face-rubbing sessions where she rolls completely onto her back, belly in the air. (Just a heads up—that adorable belly is definitely a trap!) She also loves exchanging slow blinks, one of the sweetest ways cats show they trust you. As she's become more comfortable, she's found a wonderful balance. After getting her fill of affection, she's perfectly content to simply sit nearby and enjoy your company. She doesn't need to be the center of attention every minute—she just wants to share your space. Lucille has excellent litter box manners and has been an absolute lady in her foster home. She's shown that with patience, respect, and understanding, she blossoms into a loving, devoted companion. If you're an experienced c
