Aspen is a beautiful 2-year-old brown tiger tabby with a gentle heart and a friendly personality. She loves spending time with people, whether she's soaking up pets, keeping you company around the house, or curling up nearby for a cozy nap. This sweet girl is curious, affectionate, and has just the right mix of playful energy and calm companionship. She's ready to leave shelter life behind and find a loving family who will cherish her for the wonderful cat she is. If you're looking for a loyal companion with a warm personality and lots of love to give, Aspen is ready to make your house feel like home.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
