Born in a shed near a busy street, he was rescued and brought to Reach Out Rescue and Resources to become properly socialized and be safe. He is a very friendly once he knows you. He has been fully vetted and tested negative for Feleuk/FIV. He is looking for his fur-ever home, preferably with another kitty.Stormy is being fostered in the Colimbia, Md. area.
