I got my name because when I was a kitten, I used to attack my food like a total savage. These days I’m much more mellow and laid back, but I still get pretty excited at mealtime. For the last two years, I lived with my person who was homebound, and we spent nearly all our time together. We were each other’s whole world. Because of that, I really love being around people and being part of everyday life. I’m happiest when I can relax nearby, keep you company, and just enjoy a calm home together. I’m a very gentle cat and seem to do well with everyone I meet, so I’d likely be a great fit for a family with respectful kids. I’ve also been completely fine with the other cats I’ve met at the rescue. When dogs walk past my cage, I seem curious and interested, though I haven’t had the chance to properly meet one face-to-face yet. If you’re looking for a sweet, easygoing companion who loves people and brings a calm, comforting presence, I might be your guy. Sav is micro-chipped, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and litter box trained. Sav's adoption fee is $ 135.
