He is neutered and UTD on his shots.Scooter is slow to warm up.....6-10 weeks, but the wait is worth it! He does not do good with small children. Older children are fine. He loves being outdoors and walks well on a leash. He would be over the moon to have a fenced in yard to play in.Scooter's life changed for the better when he started taking fluoxedine (doggie prozac) This inexpensive medicine helps regulate Scooter's nervous system and greatly reduces his anxiety.Scooter will need some extra patience and love to help him live his best life. His turn around in foster care has been amazing. HIs forever person has to be willing to give him time to adjust to his new home.
