This silly boy loves to sploot on the grass and say “hi” to everyone he meets on the BeltLine. He has also met younger kids, and loved giving them big ‘ole kisses on the face! Billy’s goofy, clumsy quirks have only made him more endearing to the staff and volunteers. He wants to hug and love on everyone he meets, but has a one-second attention span if something else catches his attention!
