Melon is waiting for you at Fulton County Animal Services in Atlanta, GA 30318. Hi, my name is Melon! I got my name because my foster parents think I am a big ball of sweetness. I also happen to have an impressively large and handsome head, which my foster parents think is not just for show. I learned my name in only two days (and come when called!), I respond well to correction, I'm house-trained, crate-trained, and I have learned to sit and am very quickly learning down. I am a very happy and goofy boy who is so excited to have humans in my life to love on and play with. I also like to play with my foster sister, a 70lb bloodhound, and with my foster brother, a 35 pound setter mix. I have been gentle (though sometimes a bit enthusiastic) with both of them and generally respond to their input. I am quite the love bug and love a lap and belly scratches and to be where my humans are. I have been a very good house guest and I am usually happy to gnaw on my toys and nap while my foster parents work during the day.
