She's got a goofy side too—she loves chasing balls (returning them is a work in progress!) and keeping herself entertained with her toys.Ellie adores her foster dog sister and is learning the joy of canine friendship. She can be a little cautious when meeting new dogs, but she warms up quickly and plays with enthusiasm. With people, Ellie is instantly friendly and affectionate—you’ll feel like she’s known you forever.She’s house- and kennel-trained, walks well on a leash, and isn’t much of a barker. She has great recall and responds well to gentle verbal correction, making her a quick learner. She’s currently working on “stay” and picks up new cues with ease.With her medium energy level, she’s just as happy on a hiking trail as she is curled up beside you at home.
