Ace 2026 is waiting for you at Sweet Dream House Rescue in Batavia, OH 45245. ACE is a lively beagle mix boy looking for a loving home. We aren't sure what the "mix" part is but his coat is stunning. Ace had his world turned upside down when his person suffered a traumatic injury and Ace was left without a home. Thankfully the staff at a veterinary office took him in and boarded him for 3 months until rescue could be secured. It's been a rough road for Ace. Now he needs a home with a patient adopter who will take the time to earn his trust and love. Ace loves doing high-speed zoomies in the yard and loves treats. He's 6 years old fully grown at 33 lbs. He needs a home with a physically fenced yard to keep him from following his nose into trouble. If you'd like to meet Ace, please fill out a dog adoption application at dreamhouserescue.org. We are happy to arrange a private meet with an approved adopter. You can meet Ace at our weekly adoption event, Saturday 11:30am-1:30pm at PetSmart Eastgate. Our fully-vetted adoptable dogs go to prospective homes for a one-week trial period to make sure the dog and home are the right fit before an adoption is finalized. We only adopt dogs into homes where all current pets are spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and heartworm and flea and tick prevention. We do check veterinary references to make sure adopters are compliant with standard veterinary care. Our adoptable dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, dewormed and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention.
