Moxie is waiting for you at Barktown Rescue in Boston, KY 40107. Moxie is around 2 years old! Not only is she adorable, but she is very intelligent! She is timid, standoffish and flighty when you first meet her, but she does warm up pretty fast! Moxie is a typical teenager and needs guidance and training to keep her from doing things she shouldn't such as counter surfing and chewing. If you are a high energy, you will enjoy this high energy girl. A home with other dogs would be beneficial to her to help burn her energy. She is doing well with crate training and house training. She would probably do well with older kids, but no small children as she could accidently knock them down! She really needs a tall, fenced yard as well just for safety! She walks pretty well on a leash and would likely LOVE hiking/running! WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT MOXIE COMES WITH TRAINING WITH ROSIE DANE DOG TRAINING! Thanks to the Pedigree Foundation, we are able to work with the trainers at Rosie Dane Dog Training to pay for a 10 week Novice Training course once adopted. More details available upon request!
