Taken from their moms too soon, and treated like their lives didn't matter, these pups almost didn't make it. Thankfully, a Good Samaritan found them and immediately brought them to a local shelter. From there, SNARR committed to giving all of these precious babies in the Monroe Litter the second chance at the happy, loving life they deserve... and now they're getting it! A typical puppy, Charlie is playful, active and eager to explore the world, with a tail that wags non-stop. His foster mom describes him as a sweet, soulful boy who with a heart of gold who just wants to give and recieve love.Charlie is currently in a foster home with young kids and we're pretty sure he thinks he's one of them. If the kids are running down the hall, he’s running right alongside them. If they’re outside playing, Charlie is in the middle of the action, tail wagging, completely in his element. He doesn’t just love his people… he loves them hard. When not running around or playing with his toys his favorite place to be is snuggled in your neck. He's a natural companion dog in the making and just wants to be near you. Charlie enjoys exploring the yard, tossing his toys around in the living room, and going for walks around the neighborhood. He absolutely lights up when it’s time for a car ride... he jumps right in, ready for his next adventure without hesitation.
