Personality | Finn is a playful sweetheart who loves cuddles and toys. He can be a bit shy when meeting new people and in new situations, but he learns quickly and is very affectionate once he gets to know you! He is ready to build a rewarding companionship with a kind and patient family who will help him build his confidence! He's a sweet, Velcro dog who thrives on being near his humans!Story | Finn was found in Houston, TX with his 2 brothers as a puppy. He was adopted last year, but recently found himself back at the rescue. His adopter was an older lady and Finn was proving difficult for her to handle. MHLM wanted to set this sweet boy up for success so he was immediately enrolled in a 4 week board and train with a trusted trainer to give him the skills needed to thrive in a new home. Other Dogs | Finn is good with other dogs! He has been mostly neutral towards the other dogs he's been around, but occasionally will find a dog he likes to play with. Finn's trainer thinks he'd do best in home that has plenty of time to focus on how good of a boy he is and keep helping him build his confidence. This would most likely be as a single dog with the occasional doggy visitor. Cats | Butter has not been cat tested yet.Children | Finn is a big, excitable boy and may do better in a home with older kiddos. He hasn't really been around very young kids much, so the rescue isn't sure how he'd do with little babies.Training | Butter completed
