She spent her early months surviving on the streets in Texas, where she found safety in a little “street family” of four other dogs. They were different ages, sizes, and breeds, but they looked out for each other like family. Thanks to a kind person who faithfully fed them and a group of good Samaritans who stepped in when it mattered most, Callie and her crew were given the chance to leave survival behind and start again.Now Callie is in Colorado, learning what it means to be safe, loved, and wanted.
