General Notes | A former breeder dog surrendered to Mile High due to the breeder getting cancer, Sadie's story is a sad one. She made profit through multiple litters, and now is onto a better life, but has seen much hardship. She is sweet, adoring, loves other dogs, kids, and is even good with cats! Personality | Sweet and shy. Sadie takes a few to warm up and trust, but then thrives and loves to snuggle and cuddle!Story | Sadie was used as a breeder dog for years in Houston. Her breeders got sick earlier this year and no longer have the capacity to care for dogs, so Sadie came to us. Other Dogs | Loves other dogs.Cats | Great with cats. Children | Great with kids. Training | Is potty trained, crate trained, walks well on leash and knows all basic commands. Leash | Good. Activity Level | Moderate - your typical lab!Health Notes | Thank you! | Adoption Donations | Our adoption donations are $575 for dogs 8 weeks to 1 year old, $525 for 1 - 6 years old, $475 for dogs 7 - 10 years old, and $350 for 11+ years of age. Purebred dogs regardless of age are $625. These minimum donations help to defer the costs of initial vet care, food, transportation to Colorado, and supplies while in foster care (that currently average over $750 per dog).Meeting Dogs | Foster dogs may have meet and greets by appointment to approved applicants only.
