He gets excited when you come home, jogging over to greet you with quiet enthusiasm and affection.Judd is food motivated, crate trained, and housetrained with excellent manners. He rides well in the car and enjoys a calm, predictable routine. While he walks nicely on leash most of the time, he truly doesn’t require much activity. A backyard and occasional walks are more than enough for this low-energy boy.With proper introductions, Judd does well with other dogs. He has lived peacefully with multiple dogs of varying sizes, including two Labradoodles (30 lbs and 40 lbs), a 100 lb female Great Dane, and a 135 lb male Great Dane. Judd prefers calm companions and tends to act as the “fun police” when play becomes too rambunctious. Because of this, he would do best with mellow dog friends or as the only dog in the home.Judd has done well around children, including babies.
