He is very much a velcro dog who enjoys being near his people at all times, happily following them from room to room. While he loves companionship, he’s equally content being the ultimate couch potato, spending most of his day relaxing and enjoying the comfort of home.Mister Cupcake has a low energy level and prefers a laid-back lifestyle. A short walk or some time in the backyard is more than enough activity for him, and afterward he’s ready to settle in for a long nap. Although he enjoys occasional zoomies, his play style is gentle and relaxed, including low-effort games of fetch and happily carrying toys around.This sweet boy thrives on affection and is described as a loyal lovebug. He is gentle and cooperative, allowing his paws to be cleaned after rainy outings and doing well during nail trims. He also knows his basic commands and has excellent house manners.Mister Cupcake is fully house trained and does well when left alone in the home, typically staying behind a gate. He walks nicely on leash, rides well in the car, and is somewhat muzzle trained, though he is still building comfort with it.He can be wary of strangers and may bark initially, particularly with men. However, with patience, treats, and calm introductions, he warms up and becomes comfortable. Once he feels safe, his affectionate and gentle personality shines. He tends to warm up more quickly to women but can build trust with anyone given time and positive interactions.Mister Cupcake currently lives with a 25-pound male Jack Russell/Rat Terrier and gets along well, although they do not play much due to the smaller dog's age. He has also lived with two cats and has shown friendly curiosity without aggression, occasionally becoming excited
