*Mattheo is waiting for you at Ventura County Animal Regulation in Camarillo, CA 93010. We love this silly boy Mattheo and his awkward leg! He arrived at the shelter with limited range of motion in his back left leg. Our veterinarians took a peek and it appears that Mattheo has had surgery on this leg in the past. While this doesn’t stop him from living his best life as a young, active dog, he does have a specialist vet appointment coming up to determination if an amputation may provide him with the most comfort long-term! An adopter or rescue group are still welcome to bring him home in the meantime and pursue veterinary care.
