Blaze is waiting for you at Mountain Pet Rescue Asheville in Candler, NC 28715. A note from his current fosters: Blaze seems to have remembered his potty training! He is 150% a Velcro dog! Wants to follow you everywhere and constantly know what you are doing. For 5 months old he is incredibly calm and well behaved at home. Is happy to relax and chill when you are but is also ready for playtime or walks when you are. There is some I would say mild separation anxiety and does not like being in his crate or away from his person much. Blaze was visited by a 5 yr old kid, did so well and gets along great with her current human kid siblings, he is very well behaved and sweet/calm with the kids. He also did REALLY well with the fireworks. I had him curled up on the couch in my lap and while he was a little shaky, he was quiet and just observed. He seems to do really well with that kind of reassurance/closeness to a person.He was born around 2/20/2026 and weighed 39 pounds on 6/18.Blaze is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and started on monthly preventatives.
