What type of doodle and what she is mixed with is the big question, but we are guessing she is a poodle and labrador retriever mix! This gorgeous girl is 2 years old and currently weighs about 67 pounds, though she comes to us a little underweight and is expected to fill out to around 80 pounds, making her a wonderful companion for large breed lovers. When Hazel was rescued, her coat was severely matted, requiring a full medical shave. But despite everything, Hazel has remained trusting, gentle, and full of love. Her beautiful coat is growing back, and even more importantly, so is her confidence.Hazel is calm, gentle, and incredibly affectionate, with a sweet nature that makes everyone she meets fall in love. One of her signature moves is giving genuine hugs, so if you are looking for a dog who wants to be close to her people, Hazel is more than happy to wrap you up in love. This girl is also wonderful with dogs and kids alike. She does seem to prefer medium to large dogs as she can be a bit skittish around the littles. She has not yet been tested with cats.Hazel is also happy to let you know that she is house trained and knows her basic commands. Her crate and leash training will likely need a little sprucing up but she is ready to learn, as long as it is reciprocated with love! It is also important to note that although she is house trained, accidents may still occur as she adjusts to her new routine.
