She’s the kind of dog who wakes up excited for the day, ready to explore, play, and make you smile. Whether she’s romping around the yard or curiously investigating something new, Josie brings a fun, lighthearted energy wherever she goes. This sweet girl absolutely loves other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion. She currently enjoys keeping up with her two Dalmatian foster siblings and would be thrilled to have a buddy to wrestle, chase, and learn from. While she might be able to be an only dog, she’s never been without company, so a home where she has plenty of interaction—human or canine—would suit her best. Josie is a high-energy pup who would do best with a fenced yard where she can safely explore and burn off some of that puppy enthusiasm. She’s still learning her leash manners (those exciting smells are hard to resist!), but she’s making progress and will continue to improve with consistency and guidance. She’s about 95% housebroken and just needs a little supervision as she finishes learning. Josie isn’t fully crate trained yet—she currently sleeps cozied up with her humans—and she would do best in a home where someone is around most of the day.
