Little Lillie is waiting for you at A Forever Home Rescue Foundation in Chantilly, VA 20153. Millie and Lillie - Two 4 month old, 8 pound Chihuahua/Miniature Pinscher mix female puppies. Their owner just surrendered them to a shelter because they have a son with cerebral palsy, and were unable to care for the puppies any longer. This shelter is very high kill so these pups are at risk. The puppies are very friendly and good with other dogs.
