His greatest joy is simply being near the humans he adores. Smokey is wonderful with kids who understand his need for gentle hands and thrives in a calm, predictable home. He doesn’t need daily walks — just a safe yard with flat areas or indoor space where he can toddle around at his own pace. What he does need is companionship. He’s happiest when someone is home with him, making him a perfect match for a work from home adopter or a retired family member.
