Brix is waiting for you at Mostly Mutts Animal Rescue & Adoption, Inc. in United States. A FUN LITTLE PUP: Approx. 7 months old / Approx. 13 lbs. & growing Hi, I’m Brix! I came to Mostly Mutts from animal control and am enjoying my time with the nice volunteers, who spend time with and take great care of me. Now I hear that I’m ready to find a wonderful family of my very own – where I can love and be loved furever! I hope to meet them very soon! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I met other dogs at Mostly Mutts and liked them. I have lots of playful, puppy energy, so if you have a nice dog at home already that would like a puppy friend, let’s meet! / Cats unknown, but I do show interest in other small animals like birds on my walks. / I haven’t met kids yet, however I did show some toy guarding behaviors in the shelter, so older kids who understand this about me may be best. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: When I first arrived, I was a bit nervous, but I’ve quickly blossomed into a friendly, happy, and super playful guy! I’m a fun-loving pup who was sooo cute for my photo shoot and showed how brave I could be during my initial shelter bath. I was very obedient and gave my bather sweet kisses and even leaned on their arm for comfort. I’m a sweet boy with lots of puppy energy, and while I can be a little playfully mouthy with hands, I’m learning and will generally stop when told. In my temp. foster home, I showed that I have a loud bark and I like to alert you to various things that I think need your attention. For this reason, it may be best that I don’t live in an apartment/condo-like home. I have shown some guarding behaviors in the shelter which were not present once I settled into my temp. foster home – just something to keep in mind as I’m settling in. / Energy level: 5-7. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and learned the ‘sit’, ‘down’, ‘leave it’, ‘drop it’, and ‘place’ commands and I use proper door etiquette.
