Meet Finley.When we were asked to help, we expected a small Shih Tzu.Instead...A 60-pound doodle walked through the clinic doors.Or rather... underneath all that neglected hair.As the veterinary team carefully shaved away months (or longer) of painful matting, they made a heartbreaking discovery...His harness was buried beneath the coat.It had become part of the tangled mess.No dog should have to live like that.Today, Finley has a fresh start.He's feeling a little confused. A little scared. Everything in his world has changed in just a few hours.But even through it all...He's been gentle.He's been kind.And everyone who has met him believes the same thing:Finley is going to be an incredible dog.He just needs someone willing to show him what love, comfort, and safety feel like. Finley is looking for a foster or forever home.Help us show him that the rest of his story will be nothing like the beginning.
