Maple is waiting for you at I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue in Corona, CA 92883. Maple is the absolute sweetest pup and is ready for a lifetime of cuddles, belly rubs, and love. This 7 month old Jack Russell Terrier mix weighs about 15 pounds and has already shown incredible resilience. She spent more than three weeks in a shelter with a broken leg and hip, yet never lost her happy spirit. The shelter staff cared for her so much that they even reached out to check on her after her rescue. Following surgery, she is expected to make a full recovery with no long term complications. Maple loves playing with her foster sister and has a wonderful temperament. Even though she is three times her foster sister’s size, she knows how to be both playful and gentle. She is a quick learner who is already using the doggy door, sits politely for treats, and is making excellent progress with potty training. This sweet girl enjoys soaking up the sunshine, spending time with her people, and making new friends. With her loving personality, gentle nature, and resilient spirit, Maple is ready to bring joy and companionship to a lucky forever family.
