Because he hasn’t had much socialization, he can be shy and cautious when meeting new people, but with patience and kindness, his sweet personality starts to shine through. Roscoe is looking for a calm, understanding home that will give him the time he needs to build trust and confidence. He would do best with someone experienced with large breeds or rescue dogs who understands that progress takes time and consistency.
