Phoebe is waiting for you at Saving Pyrs In Need in Dallas, TX 75206. Meet Phoebe! She is a sweet, submissive freckled badger-faced, female Great Pyrenees rescued from a local shelter. Phoebe is almost 4 yrs old and weighs 80 pounds. Phoebe is a little shy when new people approach her, but she will walk right up to you on her own for pets and loving. At her foster home, she enjoys playing with larger dogs and leaves little dogs alone. However she can be reactive towards new dogs in new environments so slow introductions are best if there is another dog in her forever home. She is house trained and is good on a leash, but has a tendency to pull. She rides well in a car and loves to look out the window. Phoebe is very afraid of loud noises like thunder and fireworks, so she needs a little nook to hide in when she feels compelled. She is also not a fan of grooming. However she does love keeping squirrels and birds out of her yard. Phoebe is a very loving girl just waiting for her forever home. Currently she is in a foster home North of Dallas, Texas. Any out of state adopters are responsible for arranging their own transportation. Phoebe is spayed and up to date on vaccines. Her adoption fee is $250.
