Recently returned to Texas from Washington State, Carter is settling back in and showing just how much he thrives with the right structure and attention. Carter is an affectionate, people loving dog who lights up when he meets new friends. He wants nothing more than a person of his own, someone who will give him consistency, guidance, and the love he's been waiting for. He's been making wonderful social progress at, especially around female dogs but Carter will be happiest as the only dog in the home. This is where he truly shines and can soak up all the attention he deserves. Carter has a playful personality and needs plenty of outdoor time to run, play, and burn off steam.
