Special Needs: Home with children over age 10Â Zoe arrived from Caroline Humane Society after they reached capacity and needed placement for dogs in their care. She walked in young, bright, and ready for a fresh start. She brings a lot of energy into a room and looks for connection with people quickly. She still works through basic puppy skills and does best with structure and consistency.
