Buddy is waiting for you at 2nd Chance 4 Life in Elizabethtown, PA 17022. Buddy is currently in a foster home and is doing amazing! His foster family says he's a total love-bug and he has so much energy. He is learning basic training and has come such a long way! He will definitely need an active family.
