Foster Home Feedback ** No Cats or Bunnies; Dog Selective- best suited as an only animal 6/30/26 Volunteer Feedback: Bread is dog selective and can be reactive to other dogs while on leash. He is most successful with patient, gradual introductions and careful management. In his foster home, he has made significant progress and was eventually able to coexist on occasion with his foster's resident dog after a slow, structured introduction process that included muzzle training to ensure everyone's safety and comfort. Bread has also experienced kennel-related anxiety. In a previous foster home, his kennel anxiety became significant enough that behavioral medication was recommended to help him cope. Since moving to his current foster home, he has been making progress with kennel training and continues to build positive associations with the crate at his own pace.
