A DARLING GIRL: Approx. 8 years old / Approx. 39 lbs. & needs to lose weight Hi there, I’m Delilah! I was adopted from Mostly Mutts in 2020 and had a wonderful home with a beloved Mostly Mutts volunteer, but sadly she passed away, and we all miss her very much. Thankfully, I’m in a wonderful foster home while Mostly Mutts helps me on my journey to finding another loving home, for which I’m so very grateful. I came back with another dog that was also adopted from Mostly Mutts, but we do not need to be adopted together – though if you happen to be looking for two sweet dogs, please consider us together. His name is John Henry. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I recently met dogs at Mostly Mutts, and I preferred the more mellow dogs. My foster reports that I’ve been great with the dogs I’ve met, though some larger dogs can be a little scary to me. I currently live with two other dogs, so if you have a dog already, let’s meet and see if we can be pals, too. / Cats unknown / I met two nice boys around 6 years old at Mostly Mutts I was sweet with them. I got a little frightened when they ran, but I didn’t show any aggression. My foster reports that I have done very well with kids, though calmer kids would be my preference. So, if you have kids 10+, let’s meet. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I am a sweet, friendly girl who can be a bit shy at first – until I get to know you. Once I get to know you, I enjoy being close to my person and relaxing at home together, as I’m a pretty chill girl. I let out a few barks when my foster’s friend came to visit, but once I realized they were there to be my new friend, I quickly relaxed and showed them why I’m known for being laid-back, very easy, and super sweet! / My energy level is 3-5. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m a smart girl who knows the ‘sit’ and ‘come’ commands so far and I bet you can teach me a lot more.
