Lulu is waiting for you at Berkeley County Humane Society in Martinsburg, WV 25405. Come in and meet LuLu! She is 3 and 1/2 years old and is spayed and vaccinated. When she first came in, we were told she did not do well with other dogs, but she has been fine with other dogs here. Maybe she just feels she must protect her home when another dog is around.
