The folks at the shelter described this handsome boy as "our resident clown. This big, goofy boy has a heart as big as his head and a personality that shines on the darkest days. Whether he's zooming after toys or trying to sit on your lap, he's guaranteed to make you laugh. Beneath all the silliness, is a loyal, affectionate pup who just wants to love and be loved." Arthur is 3 years old and seems to be cat tolerant with supervision. He is faintly heartworm positive and is receiving medication. Arthur is about 75 pounds. He is in a foster home and doing great!!
