This adorable Chihuahua is full of personality and loves being involved in whatever her people are doing. Allstar is a social girl who enjoys people, gets along well with other dogs, and couldn’t care less about cats. In fact, she would do best in a home with another friendly dog to play with and keep her company. She loves running around the yard, playing fetch with her favorite ball, and showing off her playful spirit. Despite her energetic nature, Allstar has an excellent off-switch. She loves curling up in a warm lap and will happily snooze beside her favorite people. She currently sleeps in bed with her foster family and settles in for a solid seven hours each night. Allstar walks nicely on a leash, is doing well with potty training when kept on a structured schedule, and is highly food motivated, making her a great candidate for continued training. She’s a smart little dog who responds very well to consistency, repetition, and clear boundaries. While she has plenty of enthusiasm, she accepts limits well and is eager to please. She enjoys toys and balls, is generally a quiet dog, and has only occasionally barked at the neighbor’s Bernese Mountain Dogs. Allstar is gentle with other dogs and would love a canine companion who enjoys playing as much as she does. She is leash trained but is still learning to feel comfortable in a crate, so her future family should be prepared to continue working on crate training. With her adaptable personality and loving nature, Allstar will fit easily into almost any home that can provide structure, companionship, and plenty of love.
