Kingston is waiting for you at Wags and Whiskers Animal Rescue League in Mobile, AL 36575. ADOPTED!! This handsome boy is Kingston. He was surrendered when his family could no longer care for him. He’s a 1.5 year old Goldendoodle! He weighs 48 lbs but is on the thin side. He was horribly matted and had to be shaved completely down but don’t worry he will have a new beautiful coat before you know it. Kingston had a little eye infection from the mats but has meds and they are already looking better. Kingston is great with all size dogs, all people and is just a true lovebug. He’s happy and playful. Is adjusting well to indoor life and loving it. He is utd, hw neg (tested below detectable levels) and neutered. Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals. All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter. This is essential in our rescue efforts and it is a policy that we will stick by. All dogs over 8 weeks and 2 pounds will be altered before adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule on all healthy and adoptable dogs. We have researched and discussed in depth with multiple vets everything on pediatric spay and neuter and from a rescue stand point it must be done. Please do not ask for an extension on spay and neutering, it will NOT be granted on a healthy puppy! Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval
