Calvin is waiting for you at Trina & Friends K9 Rescue in New Rochelle, NY 10804. For those who remember Calvin #26-11369 from SEAACA in California... We rescued Calvin just before he was scheduled to be euthanized. He was so shut down that he wouldn't even look at the volunteer taking his photo. It was heartbreaking. Since leaving the shelter, Calvin has seen the veterinarian several times for his skin and eye conditions. He has already made progress, but he still has a long road ahead. He is about 4 years old. Calvin safely arrived at his foster home in Albany, NY, where he remains fearful and shy, but little by little he is beginning to come out of his shell. Its clear this sweet boy has experienced neglect, but that's all behind him now. His life is finally changing for the better. A huge thank you to our amazing foster, Jared, for giving Calvin the patience, love, and care he deserves. Calvin is eating well, receiving medicated baths, and decompressing at his own pace.
