Dice is a black Chihuahua mix with the cutest little face and an old soul energy. He ended up at the shelter through absolutely no fault of his own, and while the world still feels a little big and scary to him, he’s slowly learning that people can be kind. He’s cautious at first, but so gentle and sweet once he feels safe.
