Her foster, who works at CHOC as a nurse, is not handling this maturely and is refusing to give our dog back. Gabbi is a 3-year-old cutie weighs in at just 11 lbs and has a heart as big as her ears. Gabbi may be a little bashful at first, but once she feels safe, she’s incredibly sweet and loyal. She’s still building her confidence—especially on walks—so she’s looking for a patient, understanding home that can continue to help her blossom. Her foster mom is doing an amazing job at celebrating her small wins! Gabbi thrives in a calm, low-traffic environment and would do best in an adults-only home (or one with respectful teens 14+). She's not a fit for a busy household, but she’ll shine in a quieter home where she can truly bond with her people.
