His foster family describes him as an all-around great dog, and it's easy to see why. He's friendly, happy, well-mannered, and has settled into his foster home like he's been there forever. Whether you're heading out for an adventure or spending the evening on the couch, Blue is happiest right by your side. Blue is house-trained, crate-trained, walks nicely on leash, and already knows sit, down, stay, and paw. He's the perfect blend of playful and laid-back. He loves toys, enjoys a good game of fetch, is always up for a car ride, and has never met a lap he didn't think he belonged in. Fair warning: personal space isn't exactly his specialty, but if you ask him to scoot over, he's happy to listen. He's done well meeting both large dogs and puppies, loves everyone he meets, including kids, and adapts quickly to new routines and environments. If something exciting catches his eye on a walk, he may pull a bit to investigate, but otherwise he's an easy companion to handle. Like many Bully breeds, Blue can tire more quickly than some dogs, so he'll do best with moderate exercise followed by plenty of time to recharge with his favorite people. Blue is the kind of dog who makes your life a little brighter just by being in it. If you're looking for a loyal best friend who's equally happy playing fetch, joining you on errands, or snuggling up for a movie night, Blue is ready to fill that role. His minimum adoption fee is $200 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
