She's incredibly affectionate and generous with kisses, making her the perfect companion for someone looking for a constant little shadow. Frankie can be a bit nervous when meeting new people, but a few tasty treats go a long way because she's highly treat motivated. Once she feels comfortable, her loving personality shines. She gets along well with other dogs and happily coexists with them, though she's more interested in spending time with her people than interacting with the other dogs. Like many little dogs, she'll let you know when she sees people or other dogs outside with a few barks. If you're looking for a loyal companion who wants nothing more than to love and be loved, Frankie is ready to trade motherhood for the pampered life she deserves. Her minimum adoption fee is $400 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
