He might bark and back up at first, just trying to figure things out in his own way. But give him a little patience and kindness, and you’ll see his true self shine through. Once he feels safe, Rufus melts into the sweetest love bug who just wants to be close to his people. This playful guy loves his toys and is always up for a good game of tug-of-war. He also enjoys the company of other dogs, which can really help boost his confidence. With a calm, understanding home and maybe a friendly canine buddy, Rufus will thrive.
