Neil is waiting for you at Oakland Animal Services in Oakland, ca 94601. Neil is an 1-year-old pittie mix with a lot of love to give! He came to us as a stray and has blossomed into an affectionate guy who is ready to find his people. Neil knows "sit" and takes treats gently. He walks reasonably well on leash and is easy in and out of his kennel. He enjoys tug and chasing plushies, and he has done great in playgroup with other dogs, bouncing around playfully without any drama. He can be a bit jumpy and exuberant with people he likes in a classic puppy way. An adopter who enjoys an enthusiastic, cuddly dog and is up for continuing his basic manners training will get a lot out of this boy. Neil would do well with appropriately matched dogs or as a solo dog with dog friends outside the home.
