He was found fending for himself in an abandoned building in Kentucky, and despite his tough beginning, Shawn has a gentle spirit and a lot of love to give. When Shawn was rescued, his coat was extremely matted and had to be shaved down to a short crew cut. As his fur grows back, expect beautiful, luxurious black curls that will turn heads and make everyone a little jealous. Regular grooming will help keep him looking and feeling his best. At only 12 pounds, Shawn is an ideal size for apartment living and would make a perfect travel companion or shopping buddy.
