He is the kind of dog who likes to sit back for a minute, study the room, and decide whether the fun is worth joining… and once it is, he is all in. Ace is also the kind of dog who finds joy in the little things, whether that is proudly carrying around his toys like tiny treasures or soaking up sunshine outside. He loves stretching out for long naps, exploring the yard, enrichment games, and snuggling close after a good day. This handsome boy has an adventurous spirit and loves to explore the world around him, so he will need a secure fenced backyard with a 6-foot fence to help keep him safe while he follows his curiosity. Ace is also kennel trained when left unsupervised, because if boredom strikes, he occasionally likes to create his own “projects.” Ace is still building confidence and learning that the world is a safe place, so he will thrive with a patient family who will continue encouraging him as he grows. Because he can get enthusiastic during playtime, he would do best in a home with children over the age of 8. At the end of the day, Ace is just a young dog with a big heart, a playful spirit, and so much love waiting for the people willing to learn his language and grow alongside him. Adoption donation fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals. All dogs adopted through BNBR will have been administered their age appropriate vaccines which may include DHPP, Rabies, Lepto and Bordetella. All dogs will also be adopted out as already altered if of age, for those not of age, a voucher will be provided.
