About Howie in Owen County

Howie is waiting for you at Our Lil' Bit of Heaven Animal Rescue and Sanctuary in United States. Howie and his siblings were surrendered to the rescue due to the person having too many dogs. They were not socialized, extremely scared, and very underweight. All are doing well health wise now, will be spayed/neutered late May when they are 5 months of age. These are going to be wonderful companion pups; they are just learning now.
