According to his foster, he’s a giant puppy. He’s super sweet, he just needs a training-forward person to teach him his P’s and Q’s. He’s got a ton of potential. People social and dog friendly. Cats, critters, and livestock unknown at this time. Owen’s cutest feature, his clodhopper feet which just flop and pound the ground like he’s wearing shoes too big when he runs.
